We welcome you to the world of Deepanjali. Deepanjali as the name implies Welcoming with lights/Lighting tributes. In Indian culture fire (light) has a great significance in life as well as spiritual rituals. It brings bliss and prosperity to life. At Deepanjali we spread the message of love and prosperity by receiving the guests with the light of the lamp. The warmth and brightness of the light along with the spiritual vibe will be there with the guest throughout his or her journey with us.
This is a holistic Ayurveda, Yoga/Meditation retreat centre located in the picturesque village away from hustle and bustle of the town with greenery, fresh air and zero pollution. We specialize in classic ayurveda, yoga and meditation. Our Ayurvedic treatments range from curative to preventive care including detoxification, weight loss, general rejuvenation, etc. We are all specialized in intensive treatment for eye related diseases, high blood pressure, skin diseases, lifestyle disorder, joint pain, low backache , digestive issue to name a few.

At Deepanjali, we believe in the connection between the mind and body. Our treatments offer to heal the mind through loving care, a calming environment, and mindfulness techniques such as yoga and meditation. Astrology is one of the other important supportive healing and spiritual methods we offer to the guest as per their requirement. The Ayurvedic treatments of Deepanjali along with its pure vegetarian food, mostly organic and farm fresh food will serve a long way for the cure of disease and also for rejuvenation. This body healing and relaxation experience is combined with a chance to communicate with our local community and also by exploring these localities by the village walks or by the bicycle rides will surely provide an unforgettable experience.

In India 'Atithi Devo Bhava’ prescribes a dynamic of the host-guest relationship. The mantras are from the Taittiriya Upanishad, that says: matru devo bhava, pitru devo bhava, acharya devo bhava, atithi devo bhava. It literally means "be one for whom the Mother is God, be one for whom the Father is God, be one for whom the Teacher is God, be one for whom the guest is God.

Deepanjali was started on 02nd February 2015 in the beautiful greenery village Chazhur. It was built in 1.4 acres of land which had plenty of trees and herbal plants along with fresh air. This land is only 10 minutes walk away from a huge and vast paddy field.

Our cottages have been constructed to be well knit with nature in every single way possible. This is to facilitate the process of healing during your course of stay here. Just residing and feeling the energy can help you experience a sensation like never before. All services and facilities at the resort are truly a mark of quality. In order to deliver the best in the class experience every intricate detail has been paid great attention to. This unique experience is what puts Deepanjali Retreat a cut above the rest. We make sure that each guest who visits here will receive the individual care and attention directly by the directors and also by our dedicated staff during their stay here. This retreat is absolutely safe for anyone who travels alone, especially senior citizens or women. To receive the guest from the nearby Cochin International airport or from Thrissur railway station Deepanjali’s travel desk team is always there to help you.

RAJESH PB is specialised in traditional Kalari and Marma therapy, which deals with joints, nerves, muscles, joints, bones and marmas. Marmas are the vital points of our body and injuries to these points, mainly due to accidents and falls can cause disabling difficulties in the normal functioning of our body in the form of aches, pain and stiffness like malfunctioning of muscles, joints and nerves. Mannual corrective measures accompanied by proper medication most of these ailments without any chance of recurrence. He himself is a master on this art of curing with more than 15 years of valuable experience. And attained his proficiency from the practical knowledge imparted to him by the Preceptors, Late Sri.Scariya Gurukkal and K.P Suresh Gurukkal of CSK Kalari Pala, Kottayam as per Preceptor -desciple lineage or Guru -Sishya parampara.Apart from this he has acquired a Diploma in Ayurveda Panchakarma therapy.

He completed his graduation from Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College, in Trichur, Kerala. He is a firm believer in the benefits of combining self-healing with residential Panchakarma for physical and emotional well-being. He was the Chief Physician at Ayurvedagram Heritage Wellness Centre in Bangalore for 15 years.
